PlanetDrugsDirect.com in the past would be rated Five Stars for their excellent pricing, support, and employees. Thankfully their support and employees remain wonderful but my particular prescription drug has gone up 50% from a year ago. I truly appreciate that PlanetDrugsDirect.com matched a Canadian competitor's price (the same as what I paid a year ago), but I'm disappointed that I'm having to shop around to get a better price.

I have been using PDs for over 8 years. Their prices are fair; availability very good; and the best customer service you will find. Good follow up and reminders of time to order.

This Indian product, made by the same company in India as it is in the U.S., is much more pleasant to use than the U.S. medication. They both work, but the cream made in India has a pleasant floral scent, and the U.S. cream smells like a horse's stable at 11+ times the cost. I have no experience with the Canadian product.

I ordered a prescription during early May which has been filled by a pharmacy in New Zealand for the previous 16 months, My average for receipt of ordered scrip had been approximately 12 days. On today' date, July 16, I haven't received my product yet. In all fairness, I was informed, due to the pandemic that my order may take a minimum of 8 weeks for receipt of med. It has been 52 days since email reflected shipping date of May 24,2020. Time of 56 days is quickly approaching and I hope that the prescription is here soon.
