Thankfully a galpal pointed me toward PlanetDrugs! While it's a bit cludgy to order from Canada to the US during the CoVid-19, they have kept communication open, current and given heads up on the status of any of my Rx orders. Cost, communication and follow-through on delivery are at the top of my list and they have met all my expectations.

My order generally arrives in a the usual time estimated. This time however it took a very long time. Even longer than your estimated time given at time of ordering. In the meantime I ran out and had to apply locally which took much time and the cost was very expensive. I understand you had little control of the shipping but still it made it very difficult overcoming the extensive effort to come up with a solution.

Why a surcharge on shipping? Taking advantage of COVID, to jack up prices? If you want to increase your profit, increase your prices 3-4% I lowered your star rating to 4 from 5.
