We do not understand why the coronavirus should make for the mailing surcharge....we understand the delays, because our mail is greatly slower and would assume yours might be the same.

I have been a user of Planet Drugs Direct for over 8 years and in general have found them to affordable with good customer service and reasonable shipping time (~3 weeks). However, my last several orders I have seen both an increase in shipping time (4-5 weeks) and a shipping surcharge in addition. It doesn't feel great to pay more and get less.

I have always received my medications. Sometimes the packages are bent during shipment but the medication not damaged. It seems that pr Ices are getting higher and I am considering other sources. I also seem to have an ongoing issue receiving the newletter with the discount coupon.

Excellent service . Only complaint now is the super long shipping times . You have to plan at least 2 months ahead to refill
