My husband and I have been using PDD for over two years. 1. We have spoken to a person each time we have called and have never been put on hold. 2. Medicine has arrived within the time stated. 3. If I had a concern, it was addressed. 4. I was kept informed about refills and new prescriptions that were needed. A doctor in a large teaching hospital gave me information on PDD when I told him about my concern about the price. We went to PDD because of the prices, but we have stayed because of the service.
