I understand mail service has an affect on us getting Rx in a timely manner but your customer service people are very difficult to understand. Add to that they change the shipment and deliver time in the same conversation. Maybe they need to know us in the States can follow a conversation faster then they change it. I stopped recommending PDD to friends because of this dishonesty.

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I have been a loyal customer for seven years, however, the last two have become a serious disappointment. Skipping over several earlier issues, I have currently waiting for a shipment (Ordered on August 2). Yes, that is 45 days or nearly seven weeks ago. It has been sitting in Frankfort, Germany since August 26th (Three Weeks). DHL, the carrier has no interest in giving any information, and Planet Drugs claims they can't either. Even if it is ever shipped out of Merkeland there is no way of tracking its progress due to Plant Drugs dropping USA tracking. So What do I now have to do? Go pay triple the cost and then pay more if the stinking shipment ever arrives. My only act will then be to go somewhere else and I suggest others do the same.
