Excellent customer service, consistently reliable product, delivery always comes earlier than they project, prices are very reasonable, what more can you ask for? I have been very pleased with Planet Drugs Direct, and plan to continue buying from them. Seriously, they say it can take up to eight weeks for my order to arrive, and it always arrives in two, before I even get my credit card statement.

The delivery service was good. I have only ordered once. I ordered Cyclosporine eye drops as an alternative to Restasis which is the brand name for the main ingredient. It does not burn as Restasis does and I am not sure the cyclosporine is effective as I still have many days with red eyes. Anyone else having the same experience?

The sales representatives are very helpful. They take their time finding the product or drugs that you need and at the best price available. They will schedule call backs and and always are on time for their callbacks. I am always amazed at where the drugs come from. I only use them for my dogs prescriptions. Planet Drugs deserves an apology from me. Last time I gave it far to few stars due to not receiving my med. When contacted by them I told my sad story, was immediately apologized to and a new order was submitted. Shortly after I got my first order. I called to inform Planet Drugs only to be told “not to worry”. There would be no extra payment for the second order until I received it. I did receive it - right on time. I believe that Planet Drugs has the nicest, calmest, most accommodating staff in the world!! Always so very helpful. It is a pleasure to work with them. Thank you.
