Great products, great prices, great delivery. Giving/getting information on the phone is a awful time wasting experience. It requires redundant exchanges and wastes time.

After 8 weeks, my RX has not arrived. Can't blame PlanetDirect, as their customer service has been apologetic, but you would think they would expedite delayed orders

I'm glad that you resolved your credit card issues so that its easier to pay. Staff is very helpful, and supervisors appear to be reasonably flexible when accepting lower prices of competitive pharmacies.
