the prices are good but time involved to receive the product can very , most of problem is due to us mail they tell you when refill is due and will call your doctor to get a new prescription when necessary payment is flexible , cash , check , credit card is ok in most cases but not all credit cards are exceptable , once set up it is a good alternative anreasonably priced.

When I began ordering through PlanetDrugs the service and prices were great, however in September, 2020, order 9501719, was never received. I called and had to reorder in December, after having to borrow Trajenta from friends. The reorder could not expedited , and I'm still waiting. Next week is 8 weeks still no trajenta and worse yet no way of tracking. I don't understand once the prescription arrives in the US it can not be tracked. Your customer service people are good to deal with however the company does not provide them with the proper information to get answers. If I ever get my outstanding order it will be the last. One of my friends also orders the same drug and she received her order in 4 weeks. ?????? Don't use the holidays as an excuse!
