It was helpful for Planet Drug to update us on a once-a-month basis regarding the status of the medication we order each year. This made it easier to order and receive the medication in a timely manner in spite of normal holiday delays (including the effects of the pandemic on production and shipping in 2020). It's a plus that most of the staff we interacted with were knowledgeable and polite.

I have been a customer for many uears and has been a very good experience. However, my last experience has been terrible. I refilled my order for combigen in early December. Normally it arrives in 3-4 weeks. This time it has not arrived even to this date which is 8 weeks. I called Planet Drugs couple of weeks. I discussed with the rep that the order has not arrived and it had been 6 weeks. I am totally out of the medication. She was not very sympathetic and said that because of Covid we have to wait 8 weeks. My 8 weeks is up tomorrow (Feb 4), I am going to call again. Hopefully the rep will be more sympathetic and find a way to rush the medication to me. This is terrible. I understand that sometimes the mail gets lost. It is not Planet Dugs fault. But when the medication does gets lost, the comopany should find a way to get the medication to the customer. This is not a game. I take these drops daily for a reason.

Shipping took way too long. Great product, but would be great if it could arrive faster. I had to buy another brand because I didn't get my medication on time.
