Twice I've received offers of discount coupons, but when I've tried to use them, there's no place to include them with my orders. Each time I've attempted to get help, it's not available or no help at all. Once I tried calling in my order and the customer service representative I was TRYING to communicate with had such a heavy accent I couldn't understand her and she couldn't understand me. I had to repeat my information (numbers, etc) numerous times and she still couldn't get it correctly. Finally, I just hung up in frustration. I've not tried to call in my order since then.

I very much appreciate that I am contacted by PharmStore either by email or a phone call when my refill is due. And was recently contacted to order early due to possible changes with customs that could affect delivery. They send refills out promptly and I’m able to track the package. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
