A customer service representative called us and told us that because of tariffs coming at the end of August, we should order all three of my available refills at once to avoid being affected by higher prices. We said we didn't want to receive and have to pay for three at a time. She said we were only ordering them, we would not get them all at once or have to pay all at once. On Aug. 11 we received word that a refill was shipped and my account was charged. Then, on Aug. 12, we got word that the second refill was shipped and the account charged. I immediately emailed Pharmstore about this but have not heard back. We specifically stated in the beginning we did not want all three at once and so far they have sent two. This medication is expensive and two or three refills at a time is difficult for us.
