Need my RX , waited for 1 Hour and 22 minutes yesterday and had to leave. Today Thursday I so far have waited 43 minutes. Would be nice if someone would intercept and tell me how many people getting RX is ahead of me. I hope you answer soon, I am still waiting.

i am currently on hold, I need to talk to rep. it has now been 1 hour on hold, this is not acceptable. tried one other time finally hung up after another very long hold. What's going on !

What is happening, I first kept calling and was on hold forever several times. Then I tried ordering online and got a message that I have to call them as they were missing information, I believe that they needed to get myprescription which my doctor has sent to you. Are you closing? THIS IS TERRIBLE please let your customers know!
