I received the e mail re the deadline of August 15th to contact and clarify re future orders and the effects of the tariffs from the US I am currently in Eastern Europe and have to pay for phone service I have been on hold twice for over 40 minutes Very frustrating This rating reflects my current frustration and not the service I have received in the past which has been wonderful I tried to address this current issue in line And, have not been able too

You’ve been great. Even came to my rescue when U.S. Customs seized an order. My one complaint is the last couple of years i send you a hard copy of my prescription but when it comes time for a refill you say you don’t have it. You do or you should.
