Over the past 1 1/2 years your service has been outstanding but over the past five days it has been terrible. You have not responded to my email regarding my order and I have been put on hold for over an hour each time I’ve tried to call and finally hung up each time. What is going on?

The service was great except that I can't seem to get my husband's on-line account separate from mine and his prescription is located on my account.
