I have called for 2 days and on hold for 2 hours each day. I have gotten a lot of paperwork done with your music and adds. I have ordered apixaban over the phone and not on line. I tried to use that way but was set up w3ith a new ID number and so there was no information about what I had ordered previously. I didn't want to start over as you have all my information. I have been ordering for two years. I did get one call and when I answered it went to please hold for another long stretch of time. I could not hold as I needed to help a family member with his needs. All I want to do is order a double of my normal order of apixaban. To hopefully cover the idiot's thinking of how great tariffs are . I am at a loss of what to do now. I can't put you on hold for a week

Cannot get anyone to help. I need to refill a an RX, but evidently need a new RX, I have one from the dr. You have my check and other information. I need to have help in sending in RX. No one is ever available.
