I ordered my Apixiban in Oct. Received a sent out message; waited six weeks, and my order was never received. I call Pharmstore at 4 weeks in; they said I'd have to wait the 6 weeks. It never came. Called Pharmstore again; they said my order was 'sent back'. I had to re-orderand wait another 6 six weeks. In the meantime, I had to buy my prescription in the US, which cost me $396.00. Not happy!

I have been using PharmStore for roughly 5 years and have been very satisfied. However, on November 4th., 2025 I placed an order for a my regular Apixaban (and paid for it) and I have yet to receive it. I have called the PharmStore 2 or 3 times and were informed because of holiidays it may take up to six weeks to receive. We are now approaching the New Year and I still have not received them. The order number is #10940691 and they were shipped. Tracking number is LA964924674GB and the best I can find is that the order is still in Chicago. Because of running out I had to have my Doctor prescribe me a months supply if Eliquis which was very costly (like almost $400). Please follow up on this and see what you can find out. I need to put another order in and would like to do it through PharmStore.....but at the moment I am very hesitant. Between the $400 to local drug store and the $141 to PharmStore, I find myself between a rock and a hard place. If no Apixaban do I get a refund

Sign up was easy.... but Its been about 6 weeks.. I haven't rec'd my initial medication yet
