I made my first order from PharmStore in August and received it in a timely manner about 10-14 days later. It was a substantial savings from what it would have cost me running it thru my American insurance. I refilled the order on November 14th. From the tracking, it was send quickly from the UK to Customs in the US. On this order I was charged $15 in tariffs this time. (Americans pay the tariffs, not the exporter). And my order has been stuck somewhere between US Customs and the USPS ever since November 19th. I was told by PharmStore customer service to give it until December 29th( 6 total weeks). I'm not sure if I will get a refund or if they will ship it to me again when December 29th comes and goes. The problem is CLEARLY on the US side. However, it doesn't do much good to order cheaper drugs thru PharmStore if the order never arrives to the client.

PharmStore is a great pharmacy. They have very good customer service, they are efficient and their ordering process is easy to follow. I think we have used them for a couple of years, the they have always given us a very good experience.

On October 30 an order was sent out to me which I never have received. Another order was placed on Dec. 12 and I have not gotten that order either. If this keeps up I will no longer be using your pharmacy to try and save money and get it from you.
