I have not received my Order No. 10941962. Talking to your employee they could not help me with a lost shipment. I therefore ordered a replacement prescription Order No. 11012285. I was told I now need a new prescription. I’ve contacted my provider who said they should call by tomorrow. I asked for the shipment to be a quick delivery, but, was told nothing could be done to expedite! By the time it goes through normal shipping I will be out of medication. PLEASE SEND AIR MAIL or some form of rapid delivery and add to bill. THANK YOU. Pat Doman

I have chatted with Karl on your live chat line twice now. He worked me through ordering a prescription for my husband. Helped me set up an account, method of paying and all the detail of getting a prescription sent to PharmStore. He did a wonderful job!!

I have been using Pharm Store several years and have been well pleased with the service. However this has been a little disappointing. I switched to generic since the name brand has gotten too expensive. Actually the generic has also increased in price due to the extra tariffs. I I know this is not your doings!!!! Thanks for your fine service.
