Did not receive my Apixaban after waiting over 6 weeks. I contacted them 3 times after 5 weeks. Finally they re-ordered them, but I had to pay the tariffs, etc again of about 33 dollars. I wish there was better tracking on orders.

I have waited since October to receive my prescription. It is now mid January and I still don't have it. I have emailed several times regarding this situation. My recent email was to finally ask for a refund and have waited several days with no response and no refund. My first order went well. This second order has been a nightmare! All I want is a refund. I think I have been more than patient regarding my situation. Of course I will not order again, just PLEASE give me my refund and we both can move on.

They always handle the order promptly and correctly. Very easy to deal with. The only thing was last month they got my prescription from England and they only put 28 pills in a 30 day supply. So my 90 day prescription will run out 6 days early.
