I have usually had a good experience with PharmStore, but this last order (that I placed on 12-13-25) has been a total disaster. Ordered 3 Rx's, received 2, that were delayed and have YET to receive the 3rd one...Have no idea if it's still on order or canceled. The item I have yet to receive is 84 tablets of Olmesartan, (equivalent for Benicar) (20MG)

I have been a loyal customer of Pharmstore for many years. I feel as an American we are unjustly being overcharged for at $29.95 shipping fee, when there website clearly states free shipping to the United States. Not a happy customer. Every explanation they gave me for charging this fee is not true. You must sign for your package through USPS. This is just not true. It’s my understanding from your representative that your customer base consists of 90% Americans. It won’t be for long treating your loyal customer base like this.

Processing time taking 8 days or more puts my receipt time further out. Getting more frustrated with every order. When I inquire about it, I just get the generic runaround.
