Have been using PharmStore.com for well over 10 years with no problems - until last two orders. It took me over a week to contact anyone for a refill (finally had to resort to Facebook chat) as calls were not answered and emails not returned, and then last order was inexplicably lost in the mail. Tracking showed delivery to the US from the UK with no problems within 3 days but then shipment went off the rails and no prescription received 6+ weeks after order. PharmStore did issue a complete refund (less tariff fees).

WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!Took 3 months to get meds. No way to order unless u give your bank account - who won't take a credit card in todays world. Kept calling and all I ever got was runaround and people hard to understand. Postal delivery horrible. Updates impossible.after demanding a supervisor, finally got a callback from someone whom I could understand but still tracking was not user friendly.
