Rating does not reflect the excellent customer service I have received from my first order with you until my order in November 2025 which was refused and destructed by the USF&DA in December/ January 2026. When I received the notice from them I had a difficult time getting through to you - when I did a very kind representative explained what we could do and a second order was created at no charge to me except the $12.90 tariff. My second order was sent back to the United Kingdom and had not arrived after 6 weeks. My third order also free to me except for a $22.10 charge for something may be on its way but has not arrived yet (it has only been 10 days). If the second order arrives in a month or so I did say I would be willing to pay for it. It seems that my complaints may well be caused by other countries; however, my recent experience has not been what I've come to expect from you.
