An order I submitted in August was "delayed" because your partner was unsure about pricing! This I understand was a result of tariffs being implemented. So the order was finally processed and delivered in JANUARY ! So for months your customers were denied their regular shipments of medication because of profit worries? Also to have only one 'partner' to process the order is horrible business policy (this is the main excuse I was given by your support team!) Currently I am using Pharmstore but as soon as I can search-out a different Rx provider I am sadly leaving Pharmstore after years of utilizing your services. I can't depend on a company that puts profit ahead of their customers and have months of delayed deliveries. The consequences of having one's treatment medication interrupted because you're (or your partner) worried about profit margins puts your customers in a perilous situation.

Pharmacy is always on time. The process works well between doctor and pharmacy. My experience with local pharmacies has been spotty. I appreciate your prompt and seamless service
