Although I paid in full for my RX nearly two months ago, it has not reached me. This performance is inconsistent with this statement on your website: "Once shipped, your medication(s) will take approximately 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at your residence." I called to ask for a replacement but was told I would have to pay for both the original and the replacement if both eventually arrived. That response is inconsistent with the website's declaration that if a shipment does not arrive within four weeks, "we will arrange for our contracted pharmacy to send out a replacement to you." In sum, I paid for a product that was never received, and the supplier refuses to honor its obligation to deliver it.
