Always send reminders for a very important refill. Very polite customer service. They do take care of any issues that may arise. Shipments are timely considering where they are coming from. Just need to plan ahead!

Just received shipment order 10854064. Package was damaged and no product was inside. Just got off phone with drug mart and they are going to follow up. Prior package was also damage, but product was inside. Up to this point dealing with drug mart has been great, except for the language barrier. Sometimes hard to understand, and I lived in India for awhile.
