I ordered my inhalers on 3.10. It is now 4.14 and my inhalers have not arrived. In fact, the tracking has indicated that the shipment has been held in Frankfort, Germany since March 25. I am now without my inhalers. I would say this is a good reason not to use your company again.

Your customer service during the pandemic was great. Even though I am paying the same price for 30 days as I was for 100 days it is understandable and I appreciate the amount of time that Wayne took to explain everything to me. So far so good ... the only problem I have is the shipping cost. I find that a little excessive. While I want to save money on the purchasing of my medications and because I have insurance the price for the shipping is making it prohibitive and I'm re-evaluating my decision to purchase from DrugMartDirect.com. You need to think about that and how to cut that cost because I think its excessive and maybe you should find a closer supplier besides 1/2 around the world.

I could not be more pleased with DrugMart Direct! Prompt, efficient, easy-to-use website, and excellent prices. I am actually quite grateful for this service and like that my drugs come in their original packaging which, unlike my local pharmacy, shows expiration dates and country of manufacture.)
