DMD has great customer service. Their staff follows up if additional info or documentation is required and will assist in getting the necessary prescription. A customer should know that it takes a long time to fill an order. It can be one to three weeks or more for an order to arrive. The meds may be in a different format than you are familiar with.

I have been very pleased with the services of this company. Medications are delivered in a reasonable time; especially considering that they have to ship from the UK. Process for reordering is relatively simple and easy. Cost is reasonable as well for my generic medication; certainly when compared with the cost for a comparable generic med (if you could get it!) in the US. Also, I have noted no discernible difference in the effect of the DMD provided meds versus the brand name prescription I've taken and purchased in the US. All in all, very satisfied with DMD.com and would recommend them to others if asked.
