My last order was handled very poorly. I had to call five times to get it sorted out. The representatives I talked to (different every time) ranged from very helpful to not helpful at all. Ultimately it was seven weeks!!!! between when I placed my order and the order actually got to a pharmacy that was willing to ship it. This is surprising and will likely mean that I will search for a different company in the future. The delays were not managed well by DMD, regardless of the cause. I had to insist that they shift my order to a new pharmacy instead of continuing to wait to see if the first one was ever going to follow through. At no time did DMD take the initiative and contact me about the delays, I had to take all the initiative. They should follow up when delays occur.

I have been ordering my medications from DrugMartDirect since January, 2019. On April 2 I ordered a three month supply of Atorvastatin and Sevikar. On April 3 I received the email confirmation informing me that the Atorvastatin shipped. On April 6 I noticed that my bank account was debtited for both medications. They normally wait until the medication ships before presenting my bank with an echeck. On April 14 I received the email confirmation informing me that the Sevikar shipped. I have all my packages delivered to a business address. Today, April 23, I stopped at the business and found that the Sevikar was delivered. I'm very happy that I got the Sevikar because I was down to 8 tablets. I've never had any problems with DrugMartDirect and even with the problems caused by the Corona Virus outbreak they were able to ship on time. I will continue to order my medications with DrugMartDirect and recommend them to my friends.

I would like to know why the price of my prescription for EString doubled? I am retired and the cost is very difficult for me?

I have contacted Drug Mart twice in the past week, looking for an update on my order of March 16, 2020. I have been told that they are unable to track my order and that it may take 8 weeks before an order is received and there is nothing further they can do. I understand that these are unusual times for everyone but DrugMart denies having any responsibility toward their customer other than placing the order and taking our money. No follow up or tracking. My pet food company does better than that!
