This is the rating for the current prescription. You confirmed it was shipped 3/20 and it has still not arrived. Now I'm out of medication. Usually the order arrives in 2 weeks. I realize we are in a pandemic, but I was assured it shipped. I have to be able to rely on delivery - it's medication. I have not been offered any tracking information nor has anyone followed up with me.

At the time you had placed your order, there had been no identified shipping disruptions. However, due to dispensary closures and the decreasing reliability of international mail due to the Coronavirus pandemic, both processing and delivery of orders is delayed.

The prices of prescription drugs are much, much lower than in the States. It takes way too long to receive your order even in normal times. Due to the coronavirus, it is taking 2, instead of 1 month to receive them. The customer service rep. was not all all understanding when I called and said that I would run out of medication used to treat a chronic condition. I wish I had been notified that the shipment would be so overdue. It would also be helpful if there was more than one country where drugs could be sourced.

Drug Mart Direct is saving me tons of money. One prescription in the United States is almost 1000.00 dollars for a 3 month supply. I get it for 59.00 for a 3 month supply from Drug Mart Direct. Wish I would have found them years sooner instead of spending all my money here in the United States.

I understand that shipping is delayed world wide due to CORVID 19....but when I check with the shipper and they tell me the package has cleared German customs and the next stop is the US and it should be delivered in 7 to 10 days and 3 weeks later it still hasn't been received and I spend 2 or 3 hrs on tx, but all Drug Mart can say is to keep waiting and then offer to reship the order from India which is NOT acceptable....I then proceed to order the meds from the US locally and get them cheaper & the same day so I ask for a refund but am told NO....I have a problem with this. I can't get my prescription transferred back to the US since it had been sent to Canada by my doctor just causes more of an issue. Would I recommend Drug Mart....NO....will I do business with them in the future...NO! Have they offered to resolve the issue NO....am I going to waste more time trying to deal with them NO...will this comment get posted, probably not since it is a negative response, but we will see.

With orders being re-routed to new dispensaries, prices have been affected. As of the moment, this is the best value medication that we have sourced out.

I still have not received my order and it has been more than 4 weeks. Going well into 5 or 6 weeks. According to DHL it has been sitting in the US since April 1st. No updates. No communication. They took my $$ very quickly though. Not happy.

Placed the order 20 days ago only to find out accidentally through chat the source had changed needed my ok- my god and these idiots wonder why I don't place my heart meds with them or anything else.

My order is taken over the phone in a very professional manner, payment by direct debit from my account is exactly the amount and date described. Delivery comes much faster than promised- typically 2 weeks from the UK to Utah. I’m very pleased with this company.
