I am forever grateful & happy we found Drug Mart Direct! I use the nuvaring and CVS & Kroger Pharamacies were extremely high even with our insurance! Since CVS was able to find it cheaper than Kroger we switched to CVS(this is b4 we found Drug Mart). 1 ring at CVS after insurance was $64 the 1st time then $82 the 2nd time!!! Our insurance agent told us about Drug Mart Direct and that we'd be able to get a 3 month supply. So we looked into it, and sure enough 3 rings for $75 after shipping it was $82. I couldn't believe I paid the same price for 3 as I did 1!! So far we've had a great experience with Drug Mart, no issues or complaints. The only bummer was this last time I ordered was during all the "covid-19 / corona" so it took longer for shipping and the price of shipping went up some(for sanitary purposes)...which they did let me know as I was ordering. But still no complaints!!

Very disappointed at how long it is taking to get my prescription delivered. Placed the order back in March, learned it did not ship until May 2nd and was told it would be another 8 weeks before delivery. Meanwhile I've had to get a refill from my pharmacy which , for the 30 day supply, cost more than the 90 day supply I've on order. The biggest question I have is why it took so long from the time of ordering before it actually shipped. Unacceptable !

I placed an order for two Rx's on March 18. I still have not received the order despite being told it shipped from Mauritius on May 1. Today is June 13. This is unacceptable.

Very good pricing!! BUT on my last shipment, nothing has been received nor notified of a problem. Processed May 8th, last point of shipment is Frankfurt Germany on May 29. Covid delaying shipment? Is it still in Germany? So many questions and no answers,

I have no problem with staff, or my prescriptions. It’s the shipping. Would like to be able to track package until I receive it. No option to be able to do that. That leaves weeks of wondering if or when, you will get your medication. Is it coming or is it lost. Shipping is probably going to force me to change companies.
