I submitted two prescriptions at the beginning of April. It is about one and a half months and still have not received them

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

Excellent service, my only complaint is if you and your husband both have prescriptions, you both have to pay shipping which is very high.

I have used Drugs Direct of Canada for 3 or 4 yrs and have been very satisfied thus the 5 star rating, but I now have experienced an unsatisfactory condition. I was notified April 17, 2020 that my order had been shipped and because of COVID-19 expect 6 to 8 wks delivery. I called last week and they have no way of tracking item and don't know it's status, where it's at been shipped etc. we are now almost to the 9 wk time period and no meds and am about to run out. Will have to get another prescription and have filled locally and out of pocket cost is greater and have already paid for the order from Drugs Direct. Not pleased

It took over 10 weeks to get my medication. I understand the pandemic is causing issues but that's a long time to wait. I was thinking 8-10 weeks but this was harsh. I will continue to order my inhalers there as they are unaffordable in the States but my other medications are cheaper locally when shipping and extra charges for the pandemic are factored in.

With most US companies giving discounts due to COVID 19, DrugMartDirect added a $5.00 shipping SURCHARGE to the usual $9.95 charge and then proceeded to take 7 weeks instead of the usual 2 weeks to arrive. They they called to say a refill was due even though my order still hadn’t arrived!! Time to find another pharmacy!
