I realize there is a delay with the pandemic but the time frame to receive medications is ridiculous.

My first order arrived much sooner than expected - a pleasant surprise. I’m not fond of the amount of their follow-up messaging, it’s annoying. However, the annoyance is a small price to pay for access to my prescriptions. Thank you DrugMartDirect.

I was looking at recent reviews and it's obvious that customers aren't reading your notice about delays due to COVID-19, the pharmacy just started displaying it before completing each order, or customers are ignoring what it says and complaining about long shipping times anyway. Maybe your notice is very recent but it clearly states shipping times are averaging 8 weeks or something like that. I am grateful to receive these Rx's at all. Supplies here in the States are limited so some drugs aren't even available here right now. I've always received excellent service from Drug Mart Direct and although shipping times tend to be long; considering where they're shipped from and being informed of it at checkout, I accept that and order ahead so I don't run out while waiting. People - please be patient; this pandemic requires a lot of sacrifices and this is one of them. Just be grateful that you can still receive the drugs you need at all - and for a great price!

ordered April 20.....Didn't depart country of origin until May 20! This does NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH COVID-19!!! Is still in Frankfurt, Germany as of June 2!!! VERY UNHAPPY!
