The customer service department is great however I am having difficulty in getting my medications in a timely manner. I order a generic of Symbicort that is taking 2 months to receive. I am hoping that I receive it soon because I am on my last inhaler. I have to have the medication in order to breath. This is a shame because my doctor doesn't want me to change inhalers at this point because the generic is slightly different than the brand name (Symbicort).

I was very satisfied for a long time. My last order changed satisfaction to anger! Eight weeks is UNACCEPTABLE as a lag from order to delivery! Even worse was the time it took to place my last order. Your rep was clearly not at home in the English language. Every step was agony for me! I can be very patient but had reached a boiling point by the time the order was complete, at which point I was informed that the lag between order and delivery would be 8 weeks rather than the usual 3 to 4!!! the ordering process was easy, uploading documents was also and extra benefit I received my first prescription within 3 weeks, it came form Canada. unfortunately my 2nd prescription, from mauritius has not arrived yet still waiting, now 5 weeks

I placed and paid for a refill of a prescription on March 14, 2020. I still have not received any medication. I was forced to get another prescription from my doctor and fill it locally at a cost of $2.00 more per pill. I was told COVID 19 played a major part in this delay. June 16, 2020
