Unfortunately, my last request for purchase of a drug I depend on has not come through at all, in spite of reordering. It costs me three times more for this drug when I can’t get it through Canada Pharmacy, so you can understand my disappointment. Mary Waddiington

I still have not received my pets prescription After 3 months. I realize it’s been delayed due to the COVID but I am forced to go purchase this prescription elsewhere.Pimibendan is very xpensive in the US.

My first order was earlier this year and I was very happy with the service and fabulous discounted pricing. On April 25th I ordered a refill. A tiny bit more expensive than the last time. This because of Covid-19. I was warned that due to present circumstances it took up to 8 weeks for the delivery. It precisely took 7 weeks and 1 day to go from Mauritius, via The United Emirates, Singapore, Frankfurt and New York. Oh, and the medication actually came from Turkey.... But made by Bayer, as per the same medication bought in the USA. Absolutely surprising. Thank you for the fabulous service. I can't imagine how you are able to do it.

You sent us a refill reminder when we had about a four weeks supply left. When we subsequently placed the order you informed us it could take up to eight weeks before we received the shipment. What do we do in the meantime?

I have used Drugmart for awhile and have always been happy with their service. This time unfortunately, no fault of their own, it took almost 2 months to get my prescription, so that was a little Discouraging.
