Always a pleasure to order from Drugmart. They are professional and courteous. This past order they said would be 6-8 weeks and they all came in that time frame due to the virus. Will be ordering again soon.

Thank you for leaving a review! Please note that your order shipped out April 30th and we're currently quoting up to 8 weeks for delivery. The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

My latest order came very late. Expecting a 4 to 6 week delivery time, I adjusted my ordering accordingly. When it took 8 weeks, it caused a shortage of cream on my end. Also, I worried about the conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.) during shipping which may have affected the potency of the cream or corrupted it in some way.

My order was placed at the end of April, 2020. It is now June 18th, and I still haven't received it. This is the first time it has taken so long and it is not acceptable. I will run out of my medication in a matter of a few days and if I have to purchase one locally because of the delay, it defeats the purpose of ordering from Canada because the savings is then lost. If this is going to be the norm, then that means for me to not run out, I would have to place my next order as soon as this order arrives. I will decide as to whether I will continue to order from DrugMartDirect.
