Customer service and prices are great. Shipping time is a problem during the Covid-19 crisis. That is not the problem of DMD. Until this virus problem is gone, I would recommend ordering well in advance of need. My latest order took 8 weeks to arrive. Again, Drug Mart had no control over that. Once the shipment got to the USA, things moved swiftly (less than a week from customs in NY to Washington) via USPS. The rest of the time it was in the hands of DHL.

My only complaint is the delays in shipping. I know the pandemic is behind the problem, but getting go tracking information is hard. DHL reports my package at Frankfort, Germany and two weeks later it still reports the same information. Local USPS is a shrug of shoulders. Loyality at Drug Mart generated a replacement order, but n the mean time I have spent over $250.00 for two 30 day emergency scripts from local drug stores.
