I was forewarned that shipping might take longer because of the pandemic, but two days shy of eight weeks after the order was shipped, I still have not received my order. Before this experience, I was very pleased with my service.

I'm Getting Nervous! 2 weeks after order it was shipped from Singapore. 6 weeks later... no Xarelto. Before the pandemic, I received my medications before the promised time on each of many orders. I was so happy! I want to order more but must wait until the last $148.00 order is received.

I have received several medications from DrugMartDirect.com. Understandably, the orders take 3 to 5 weeks to arrive, but I'm made aware of that in their material. Every order has been correct and of very good quality. I would encourage anyone needing meds at an affordable price to trust their reliable service.

COVID-19 aside, 6 weeks for drug delivery is untenable. Am I forced to look for competitive suppliers with a reasonable delivery schedule? Hope you can find ways to expedite shipments to your loyal customers.

I understand that COVID caused a lot of issues BUT it would of been nice to get an earlier alert to refill the medication. That way people would not be finding out about a 2 month timeframe to get our meds when we log in and submit a prescription order. Its costing people More money through this pharmacy plus having to get something locally to hold us over until the medication arrives. You all need to provide better communication rather it was in a separate email when this first started that explained what has happened or alert people at least 8 weeks prior to a refill prescription being needed.
