For the first 2 orders I was satisfied. Rxs from Australia took about 3 weeks to arrive. The 3rd one was reported shipped on 5/8, and has still not arrived. That's 8 weeks and counting! I had to get a new Rx from my MD to cover the extra weeks, and may have to get another. Cost here is twice as high!

I asked for a quick apology from the billing department but have not heard a word. How can you lose a payment that you pulled from my bank as an electronic check? I would be interested in hearing the answer on that.

Service is always good and I understand delivery times are much longer now due to how they are routed and this pushes up the cost a little bit but is still so much cheaper than what you would pay in the USA. This order took about 6 weeks to get so just be sure you do your refills with that in mind.

You can’t beat the prices from what they charge in the US even with Medicare Part D coverage. My doctor even gave his approval and said it is the same medication I was getting here. The customer service is great too. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend them to family and friends.
