Everything was great, but believe them when they tell you to order well in advance of when you need the order. I ordered a refill on April 28th and am still waiting. It sat in Singapore, Frankfort and now New York City for weeks at a time. It got to NYC on June 22nd and is still there today, June 29th. I know it is not DrugMartDirect's fault, but order VERY early.

I get much better service here than I do local pharmacies! Friendly, helpful staff, prompt service, quality service and very helpful messages. My prescription is for a medicine I can no longer even afford to buy in the US even with insurance. I think they’re great and I’m delighted I found them!

overall, good customer service. Only complaint is I don't get the whole 90 supply of my prescription. I don't receive about 12 pills.

Well it seems ridiculous that these meds are so expensive in the United States. It bothers me a great deal that you must go to Canada or Mexico to pay half price. With that said, Drug Mart has been a good place for me to get my eye drops. Being able to order on line really saves. The shipping is a bit slow but I guess its better than having to travel to the country to get the medication.
