Have been using drugmartdirect.com for a couple years and very satisfied with service and prices. If they don't currently have a product they go out of their way to find it and give a reasonable price for it.

Still have not received our prescription after 7 weeks and no tracking number was supplied for USPS. We did receive notice that it was in the US a month ago but no way to know where it is now? We understand the challenges with Covid19 but we are worried that we could be out a lot of money if it never comes. Customer service very nice but no help, very frustrating.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
