Shipping time is way too long. Almost 2 months and still waiting as of July 5, 2020. You can run out of medications before you get your order.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

time lag with covid-19 was a big issue---over 8 weeks. will re-order in next day or two to avoid same hassle with having to get drugs from another source to fill in.

Your email eight weeks ago informed me of the shipping of my prescription heart medicine. They have not yet arrived. So I called your Customer Services folks. They were pleasant, but that was about all. What I would like is my heart medicine. Thank you.

Like the ease of ordering, and that you remind me, if I forget. Sad that meds take longer to get, plus they went up and an additional charge for COVID 19. Hope pricing will go back to normal, eventually.

I know that it has been taking longer to receive medication with what the world is going through. One of our orders was shipped on May 11, 2020 and our other order was shipped on May 18, 2020. Today is July 3, 2020 and we haven't received any medications yet.
