Excellent pricing, courteous service, just need to plan ahead as delivery times can be quite long, and nearly doubled since Covid 19 struck. I have never had a problem of any sort while using their service.

Always respond to my emails in a rapid professional manner. Contact me through phone & email messages when my prescriptions are due. Prescriptions arrive during time frame they state. I won’t use any other pharmacy for my prescription needs as they are the best! Conni

Very satisfied with pricing and ease of ordering. Last RX order in mid-May took 50 days to arrive which I can understand due to pandemic. However, tracking is sparse internationally and non-existent when reach US. If not for the sparse tracking, would have given 5 stars.

Price increase and 9 weeks to get RX....Very difficult to get answers why it is in Singapore for 6Weeks and JFK for over 2 weeks

Due to the corona virus shipping time was extremely long on my husband's last two orders - double the normal time. It could not be controlled by Drug Mart Direct as the drugs were shipped from another country. When you think in terms of savings, it was not a problem. One item was a blood thinner that with our Part D drug medical coverage would cost over $500.00 per quarter. Our savings was over $300.00. The savings on Crestor was another $300. A total of over $600.00. We will just submit another order and have our medications on time for the next 90 day orders. Thank you, Drug Mart Direct, for providing us with our medications at a price that we can afford. We are pleased with the service that you provide. Your personnel are always very helpful.

I had to wait 8 1/2 weeks but understandable. Med. came from Germany I appreciate the cost savings.I couldn't afford the medicine in US

Great service and quick shipping to the US for a name brand drug, produced in Canada! Downgraded one star because they charged an extra “Covid-19” fee (price increased, too), so are basically profiting off of the pandemic.
