I have been dealing with Drug Mart Direct for a while now. The associates are very helpful and they keep you up to date if you need refills. It’s been a bit tougher this year with COVID-19, as the prescriptions take longer to arrive, so they need to be ordered sooner rather than later, so you don’t run out.

I cannot say enough good things about DMD great prices and excellent customer service. However, my last order took 8 weeks to arrive. I hope that as we learn to live with the pandemic, this will improve.

I continue to place my RX orders for Januvia with Drug Mart Direct. They are consistently less expensive than any U.S. pharmacies and Canada based sources. In addition, they also make the process very easy...I mostly use their on-line reorder system which is fast and uncomplicated, and provides a paper trail for my transactions should I need documentation. My doctor writes a script RX for 90 day fills with 3 refills as well, then Drug Mart Direct sends me a reminder when the last refill is made so that I can update with a new script to prevent interruption causing me to run out of my meds. My opinion is that they are a top-notch pharmacy with friendly, efficient staff members who actually care to do a good job for their customers.
