The last two times I have placed an order, I was told you had the prescription(s) and everything was fine only to be notified in a day or two that you did not have a current prescription. I don't understand this. It is like employees are looking at different computers. It has caused me to wonder which is correct.

I tried to order from DrugMartDirect and was forced to jump through so many hoops about this-that-or-some other thing that I became totally disgusted and fed-up. I cancelled the order. Yet, even after canceling, they gave me no peace and kept requesting me to complete their latest hoop-jumping parameters for completion. On several occasions I called and told them the order had been cancelled but to no avail. Evidently inter/intra office communication is not their strong suit. If you are a masochist and love pain DrugMartDirect is the dominatrix that will fulfill your every fantasy.

I'd give Drug Mart Direct 20 stars if I could. They are the best in the medication my parents need. The only issue we have right now is shipping is taking a LOT longer due to COVID. If you are hesitant on ordering, DO IT ANYWAY! The cost compared to prices in the US are insanely lower, and its the SAME medication. You won't be disappointed, trust me. The money you save will be amazing.

Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.
