My doctor gave me information on 2 Canadian pharmacies to allow prescrip savings. One was DrugMart Direct. Place an order on Oct 7th...still not delivered. I had read & understood info on tariffs, shipping times, etc. But shipment arrived in Los Angeles USPS facility from UK on Nov 1 and apparently is still there with no further updates. Have had 3 chat conversations & a customer service call to try to get DM Direct to track or find shipment or provide refund of my $140. Was told in first chat in Oct that shipment was on its way & should arrive in a few days. Was told in customer service call they had to wait until 6 week window was over. It is now two days short of 8 weeks and they are now telling me to wait another week and contact customer service. Ordered from the other online pharmacy on Oct 27th and received same prescript from UK in mid-November. Point is...the package is obviously lost/retained by USPS and DM Direct doing nothing about it...beware of this poor service.
