This was my first time using Drug Mart Direct. The customer service representative I talked to was knowledgeable and very helpful making sure that I understood what I needed to know. I was sent an e-mail to let me know when my prescription was being shipped and that my account would be charged. The package arrived within a couple of weeks after that. Thank you.
