I have had great service over the years --- easy ordering, easy payment, and fairly quick delivery. The reason for only four stars is that it is unclear on the website how to check if a prescription is already on file. I chatted with the online customer service rep, who was able to answer quickly --- thank you, Renelle! Under "My Account," go to "Refill my Prescriptions". If your drug is in the active list, it means there is a valid prescription on file.
