I was feeling very frustrated trying to get my order in ... new rules coming in October, and I'm not the only one scurrying to get orders filled. I tried to do it online, perhaps it was just doing it to me, but I couldn't even get it to add my r/x to the basket. I went to the chat, and got the one that refers you to the online, and *then* saw the real person help as chat! I talked to Gurman, and she made my bad day great. Got my prescription all taken care of, let me know I can get another order before the new 'rule' takes place. My prescription is $260.41 including everything. Good R/X quote the same exact prescription for $2612.00. How can this even be??
