I just had the pleasure of reordering my medications from DrugMart. My order was taken by Agatha. She was one of the most pleasant agents I have talked to in a long time. She made the process very easy for a 97 year old woman. I appreciated the time she took with me as I did not feel rushed at all. She made sure that I understood about the potential mail strike, medication costs and delivery times. Agatha was very patient with me about my needs. She also offered a generic medication for one of my prescriptions, but I had no trouble assuring her that I wanted the brand name medication.

I paid a medication that was out of stock and asked that I be refunded. I wasn’t refunded but several months later I ordered I ordered another medication and the credit was used to pay for. Drugstore had use of my money, that’s reprehensible. When something is not in stock they should return moneys right away!!!
