I was well served by the current staff and Loyalty member who spoke to me. However, because of PlanteDrugsDirect lack of tracking of my medication, it got lost and now I will be without the medication for several weeks. This is not ideal and potentially dangerous. Previously, I had good service, but this was an egregious error that hopefully will be corrected.
