Product has always been excellent and the pricing is much better than any local pharmacy. Delivery times are normally very quick but have slowed down over the past year (Covid related I am sure). Products I get out of Mauritius are especially slow. I now know about the delayed shipping so I will just order earlier! I have used Planet Drugs Direct for over 15 years and I am one very satisfied customer.
